10K-A-Day

The goal is to eat at least 5 servings of produce each day, with a minimum of 3 vegetables — in red, orange, yellow/white, green, and blue/violet.

Putting produce first can reduce the risk of obesity, heart disease, some cancers, diabetes, and hypertension... while increasing energy.

The simplest nutrition program — no calorie counting, no fat gram tabulating, no weighing or measuring. Just easy-to-remember daily selections of colorful produce.

Colorful Choices

The goal is to accumulate a virtual $1 million by practicing healthy habits — there are more than a dozen ways to earn dollars each day.

As participants record daily activities (worth more or less, depending on degree of impact) and answer questions in a clever TIP$ game, their prize money adds up.

Feel Like a Million

This program uses a fun, interactive game show theme to inspire participants to feel their best.

For every minute participants exercise, they mark off 1 mile along the 2448-mile route — if they log 30 or more minutes a day, they earn a Route 66 road sign.

With more than 40 physical activities to choose from, participants complete the program feeling more energetic — and with daily fitness as part of their lifestyle.

Eddie Gazzola

My diet pretty much did a reversal, from a meat and potatoes kinda guy to eating healthy salads and fruits for lunch every day. I no longer feel groggy throughout the day and my body feels better overall.

Health for the Holidays

For each daily health behavior (Be Active, Eat Healthy, and Gift Box) participants record, they’ll create an animated holiday scene — the more activities, the richer the scene (up to 15 elements/week).

As the scene builds, their overall progress is marked with accumulating snow (up to 3 inches/day) in the background. Each week brings a new scene — with new surprises, animations, and activities that inspire them to expand on the previous week’s success.

Health for the Holidays is a wellness campaign to help everyone with holiday stress and to end the year on a healthy note.

HealthTrails is a fun, effective way to track health habits — participants can actually see their progress along the trail each time they record activity.

HealthTrails

HealthTrails is a wellness program that combines travel, healthy habits and team-building, all in one.

Participants track dedicated exercise minutes or steps, aiming for 30-60 minutes or 6000-10,000 steps a day, earning springer icons along the way.

Participants just starting out should shoot for 5 springers a week; if they’re already active, they should aim higher. The idea is a challenging yet realistic target they can maintain for good.

Keep America Active is a fitness program that engages participants to learn and practice energy-boosting, stress-reducing habits while experiencing America's most captivating attractions.

Keep America Active

Participants record exercise minutes and watch their progress as their avatar moves along a virtual trail that winds through some of the world’s most stunning vistas.

Along the way, they learn about the history and geography of America’s 50th state. The vintage theme and stunning images add to Ola Ala’s appeal and motivation.

Ola Ala has challenged me in so many ways, mentally, emotionally and physically. It really feels good to take the time out of your day to just enjoy what you like doing and keeping a positive attitude and an active lifestyle. It's good for your mind, body, and soul.

Right This Weigh helps participants lose weight and keep it off by changing eating and activity patterns. Every time participants record a Right This Weigh activity — exercise, produce choices, sleep, healthy breakfast, etc. — they proceed along the trail. As they move forward, participants view vivid images and descriptions of each location.

Seeing daily progress strengthens participant commitment to better health habits and a healthy weight for life.

Right This Weigh

Each day (Monday through Friday) teams square off against a different opposing team. For every healthy habit — 7 daily (plus a Free Throw) and 3 weekly — participants earn points toward their team score.

For choices that are more challenging and have the greatest health impact (like 5 servings of produce a day), they’ll get 3 points; those that are still important but a little easier add 1 or 2 points.
