| Hi, I want to set up my log to record that in a given session, I might do: a) 5 different exercises (e.g. flies, pushups, situps, squats, burpees, shuttle runs); b) how many repetitions of each exercise; c) what intensity it was performed at (e.g. for weights, how many kilos I may've lifted); and d) what the total energy burn was for the whole workout. Is it possible to do that with this tool, or is that going into too much detail?

Hi there and thanks for the question. What you're looking for is strength logging, which I'm working on right now. When it is complete (striving to hit the end of this week), you will be able to record exactly what you asked for. Theoretically, you could do it now with custom exercises and custom lists, but it would be a bit cumbersome. Keep your eyes on the log entry page for a 'Strength' tab in the next week or so.
