I am getting up and running again. I am 47 years old. I started smoking again 7 years ago. I am resuming exercise. I have the Garmin 305 and a blood pressure monitor. I am going to link to my page at barbreak.net

I am doing about two miles of walk and jog per day. with tuesdays and thursdays off. Any tips from the pros are greatly welcome.

First, congratulations on getting back to exercise! I assume you are going to try to stop smoking. By stopping smoking you will have an amazing change in your endurance level. Besides that and your running--I would suggest some sort of strength training program. By strengthening your body you're running will get easier and you will also be able to protect your joints and muscles from injuries.
