Hi all, Just starting out here. I'm your basic couch potato hoping to get fit, sleep better, ward off bad health, reduce stress, etc. I'm a mom to a 4 year old and manage a group of 24 people. So far working out has really been a good experience. My mood is lighter, I'm more energetic, and things get to me less. This website looks like a good place to help me track my progress towards a healthier lifestyle. Anything that can keep me accountable is a good idea. E.g. the gym contract and the personal trainer. Susan
