Hi,
I'm Mike. I'm 38 and I'm trying to get back in shape after "letting things go" a little bit too much over the last few years. I was very successful at jogging a few years ago until I started to have knee problems and that's when the slide began. I'm about 215 lbs right now (6'2" tall) and hope to get down to under 200 by April. I've joined a gym and am planning on doing low-impact cardio workouts there twice a week. I was very excited to find this site to help me keep track of it all.
