| Hello all. I'm a 35 year old man. I'm 6'2" and weigh 209lbs. My BMI is 26.8 so apparently I need to lose ~15 lbs. to be considered healthy. My goal is to lose 10lbs. Last year at this time I was 220lbs and I cut out sodas and sweets entirely for the first 4 months of the year and lost 16 lbs. within a month and a half, so that gives you a pretty good idea how out of control my diet was. It is motivating to know I did that without exercise. So now I want to see what I can do with exercise and a good diet. I still don't drink sodas (maybe 10 sodas all year last year), but I slacked a little on sweets since Thanksgiving. My goal is to cut sweets completely and work out 3 days a week minimum to see what I can accomplish. Wish me luck!
