| Hello from Key West! I signed up for this site today as I'm tired of looking at the way I look every morning. It makes me sad and I realize that I'm the only one that can change that. I wanted to see if there are other picky eaters out there that can recommend some healthy meals for breakfast and lunch as this tends to be the time that I eat unhealthy as I hate most protein bars. I have access to a gym and up until a few weeks ago was going 2-3 times a week and also playing tennis and volleyball at least once a week. Because of the holidays that has lasped and I would like to get a support team together to give me motivation. I bought the Wii Fit to also assist in days when I have a few hours at the house. Any assistance would be much appreciated! Jose

| Try PROMAX bars.... I am also a VERY picky eater and those are the best tasting bars out there. They sell them at Trader Joes and most muscle stores including GNC. MRP or Protien shakes.... Myoplex Vanilla or Chocolate blended with ice is just like an ice cream shake... If you like ice cream you will love this.... My favorite though is what I call the creamcicle.... Orange Gatorade and Vanilla Whey Protein. Use a good shaker bottle of blender.... This one tastes just like those dixie cups (1/2 orange and 1/2 vanilla).

| Do you have time on weekends....say an hour??? gotta cookie sheet and a mixing bowl and a wooden/plastic mixing spoon? then as one monster picky eater to another.... I say make your own breakfast/granola/nutritional bar.... there are TONS of recipies out there and LOTS of base recipies where you add your favorite...fill in the blank.... takes about an hour and a few zip loc baggies and presto... what you like in super easy way to having it....on the run...
