I'm a newbie here, Mother of 2. Children are getting older, I will be 40 next year AUUUGHHH.
Been through a lot of Heck in the last couple of years, time to get back on track. I posted a few goals so hopefully if I go day by day I can get back on track. Tomorrow starts DAY 1. Wish me luck

Goal 1 - Slow down on soda intake
Goal 2 - Lose 10 lbs
Goal 3 - Learn something new about myself / Take time for me
Goal 4 - Use the WII fit 5 days a week and Gym 3 days at least
Goal 5 - 8 glasses of water a day minimum
Goal 6 - FEEL GREAT

Good luck with your goals Tracy!

The feel great part will happen anyway when you achieve them all or even one.

Life is all about goals and being a parent myself, I know that you are used to helping your kids to set and achieve their own goals. I'm at the moment (With my wife) teaching my 1 year old new words and my 6 year old to do better at school. Goals, Goals, Goals. Life's full of them.

You'll "scoosh" them!
(a Scottish term for you'll do it easily)
