| Is there a facility on this website to track the miles I do on my shoes. I change mine regularly but it would be helpful to me to know how many miles I am clocking up on each of my traininers THANKS

| Under the reports section, go to the cardio summary report. This will work if the only cardio you do is run. If you do other cardio, I would suggest that you use the export function and export the summary to excel and then sort out the running from the other cardio. That would be a good feature request, to get summary by activity.

Sure you can track your shoes. Just add a new custom list called shoes - applied to cardio log entries - and select the appropriate shoe each time you log a run. I do this with my bikes for cycling. Regarding the feature request, I agree and it is already on the enhancement list. I'm going to add the ability to group your reports by date range (week, month, year), exercise, and likely custom list fields. Thanks for the feedback!
