| Hey out there! My name is Cristina. I just recently joined the site . I know it's probably a little premature, but this site has kept my motivation and self disclipine up. I'm 33, work full time, and have a wonderful 2 year old daughter. Need I say more. Like so many, my life has been about other things as my weight control has slipped further and further from my grasp. This site is wonderful! Weight loss is such a slow process and when you don't see those quick results most of us just give up. I have never had an issue with working out. I love it. Always have. But, I love chocolate and bread just as much. I would go all day and work through lunch, then come home and eat terribly. When I found this site and entered EVERYTHING I put into my mouth, it was a complete eye opener. And as cheesy as this sounds, very liberating. I really thought I wasn't eating that badly. I wasn't just maintaing a weight, but actually gaining it gradually. I thought I was doomed to be overweight, no matter how much excercise I did. But, between the graphs, seeing your results , and just being able to visit the site on my computer throughout the day to enter things in my log or see what I could eat, it's been a lot easier than I thought; probably because I have hope again. Again, I know it's sounds cheesy. But after years of failure, it's really helping me with my self-discipline. Feels good to be in control again. I know I'm gonna have weak days. Wish me luck that I have more stronger days!
