I have been using the site for a week now and LOVE it! I haven't had any issues figuring out how things work with the exception of "adding a meal". I can add the meal name and a description of it, but how the heck do I add the calories, fat, protein, etc. to the meal? This feature would be helpful to me if I could just get it to work!  Also, I have a suggestion to the creator of this site. After a member enters their nutrition for the day, I think it would be great if there were check boxes next to each item entered. The checked items could then be saved as a meal. Sort of like when you are in your email inbox, you can click on specific message and then move them into another folder at the same time. Basically that concept. It would transfer the calories, fat, etc with it as well. Just a thought. Thanks!

| Hi, to add foods to your meal, click the plus sign beside the meal info in the grid to expand. This will show the foods associated with the meal. It should then be pretty clear how to add/edit/delete foods to/from the meal. Thanks for the suggestion! I'll add it to the list of improvements.

| Oooooh. Got it. A little clunky to figure out, but I got it. I was expecting to be able to create the name of the meal AND the items that are part of that meal at the same time. Not add the name of the meal, update, THEN click on the meal that I just created to THEN be able to add the specific items to that particular meal. So, ya, a little clunky...but now that I know how to do it...I'm good. Thanks!
