Hi there,

first of all congratulation for your great web-application.
I'm a brazilian user, so sorry for my bad english.

I would like to know if there is a way to create a training plain and print it, so I can take it to the gym and record the data on it, for later insert here on OFL.

Thank you!

Hi and thanks for your suggestion. Currently that is not possible, but both planning/scheduling of workouts and the ability to print a nice sheet to take to the gym will be additions at some point.

Hey trevor,

I'm a HUGE fan of onlinefitnesslog.com and I've only used it for 5 minutes! Why? Because I've always had trouble keeping a record of what I eat and how much I lift with other software. There was no way to sync my laptop with my desktop with my palm pilot. And at any given time, I only had one of them on me (laptop for school, desktop for home, palm for work). So having the same functionality as the software on a web server really unifies everything.

I do miss some of the functionality of the software like some calculators (ex: 1 rep max). Before, I would input that I'm currently bench pressing 225 pounds and fatigue after 5 reps, and it would calculate (fairly accurately) that my 1 rep max is 245 pounds. A few extra tools such as an adjustable BMR calculator would also be great!

If you need any help developing this amazing service, let me know. I work in bioinformatics and I have a lot of experience in Perl, PHP, ASP, Databases, etc... I would be more than happy to volunteer my time.

Best regards,
Iyad Kandalaft

Hi Iyad,

Thanks for the compliments and the suggestions. I've added them to the ever-growing updates list. I have no idea what bioinformatics might be, but if you have experience developing web apps with ASP.NET and SQL Server and are willing to volunteer some time, please contact me via the contact form and let's have a conversation.

Thanks again,
