Hey everyone! I just signed up today because I want to track my strength training progress, and keep track of the exercises I need to do. This site has so much more to offer than just that -- very exciting!!

I have a couple of questions about setting up and using a custom strength workout:

1. How do you make the exercises stay in the order you plan to perform them? They seem to go into their own order (I though alphabetical at first, but not after several more entries)

2. Is there a "Printable View" where you can print off the workout, take it to the gym, and mark the weight, reps, etc. on there for future use?

I appreciate any and all suggestions!

Thanks

Hi! Welcome to this awesome website! I've been a member for a few months and I love it! Hopefully you'll become as addicted to this website as I am!

As for your questions, I'm not sure if you are able to keep your exercises in "order". I've made many attempts to determine if this was possible and I have not found a way yet. No biggie though.

As for number two, I know you can export your strength exercises into a variety of formats (Excel, Word etc), and you might be able to track your exercises using this. You can do this by going to Reports -> Reports Detail -> and then on the left hand side towards the bottom of the page you'll see a box titled Export. Select which format, and you should have a chart of the exercises you've done previously.

I hope this helps and I haven't made anything too confusing. Best of luck in your goals!

Hi, thanks for the question/suggestions. Neither of these are available at the moment, but I will add them to the updates list and apply them as soon as I get the opportunity.
