Added custom workouts. See Custom -> Workouts on the menu. Works similar to the recently added meals functionality. Enter a name for your workout, an optional description, and select the type of workout: cardio or strength. Click the plus sign beside your workout to view the exercises in the workout. Click Add New Exercise to this Workout to add exercises. For cardio workouts, select your cardio exercise then enter the duration (required) and other optional values such as distance, ahr, mhr, max speed, and calories (overrides automatic calorie calculation). For strength, click the same link to add exercises, then select the strength exercise and enter the values for up to 6 sets - weight, reps, duration and rest. Once you've created a workout or two go to the log entry page and you will see a new dropdown list at the bottom of the cardio and strength log entry tabs that says 'or Add Workout' (just like the nutrition log for meals). Select your workout and click the Add Workout button and the exercises you selected for the workout and the additional fields will be automatically logged for the selected day. You can then edit each as necessary. Please let me know how it works and any issues you come across.

Hi Trevor,
I found that I'm unable to change the specifics (i.e. weight, reps) for particular exercises if I add them as part of a workout. If that makes no sense, here's what I mean: I created a workout entitled "upper body" and today I increased my weight for a few of the exercises. I came home and loaded "Upper body" into my log, then I wanted to adjust some of the weights. There's no pencil icon to edit the exercises that are loaded as a workout. Maybe I'm missing a step?
Thanks! Still love the site

It's not possible to edit your strength log sets at this point (although I'll put this on the list and get it updated soon enough). What you can do is delete the exercise and then re-add it, or modify your workout. Sorry, but thanks for the report!

| Trevor, Any update on when we will be able to create customer workouts and modify the input values without having to delete and reenter the entry? I have been following the P90X routine and being able to enter the customer workout once and then modify input values would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it's already available! After loading your workout, click the pencil icon to next to the exercise to modify reps, etc.

| You've got a small, but essential piece of misinformation here. You don't click the plus sign by workout; first you have to click the arrow to start adding exercises. Then you click the plus sign next to add new exercise. Suggest you make the arrow more prominent; it is overshadowed by the plus sign.
