| Online Fitness Log requires that you register with a valid email address. To ensure this is the case, the system sends an activation link to your email address, which you must click before you can login to use the application. Don't worry, we aren't going to sell your email address or share it with any other parties. However, we do want to have a valid method of contacting you regarding your account and eventually allow you choose from opt-in newsletters (none are available quite yet). All communication from Online Fitness Log comes from the email address system at onlinefitnesslog dot com, so please ensure that your email spam filter isn't blocking mail from that address so that you don't miss any important communication (such as your activation link).
