| How much exercise is too much exercise? I work out hard (at least 45 minutes to an hour of cardio) daily...plus abs..and weignts every other day or so.

| You're probably fine. Be sure to cross-train just for variation and injury prevention, and make one day something easier, like a walk or playing a sport. If you're overtraining, you'll start to notice low energy levels, not being able to sleep, and your resting heart rate being elevated. Weights 3-4 days a week is good for most of us recreational folks! Good luck!

| I generally run 2-3 times a week and bike the days i am not running (i take 3-4 spinning classes a week which are 45 minutes long) and also try to throw a little eliptical in. What type of exercises do you do?
