Modified the log entry page to accept typed in decimal values instead of selecting from the drop down. Added an 'Add to Favorites' menu item on all public pages and a new menu item title 'Other' with 'Add to Favorites' on all member pages. Also, added 'Make this my Home Page' menu item on member home page.
