I'm not an athlete by any stretch of the imagination.  I'm 27, married, and a mom of the cutest 7 month old boy you've ever seen.  He's part of the reason I'm here.  It's been 7 months and I still need to lose some weight and tone up.  I'm a whopping 5 feet tall and I weight 137lbs now.  My goal is to get to 115.  I was at 116 when my husband and I got married June 2006.... I looked pretty good then.

I try to eat healthy and workout daily, but it gets a little busy around here.  I'm also a full-time college student.  I get so wrapped up with classes and taking care of my family that I forget to take care of myself sometimes.  I've decided that it's important to me and I deserve it.  So I'm here.

I welcome any advice and/or support.  Guess that covers the basics.

Hi there,

I am in the same boat (but without study).  I have a beautiful 8 month old girl.  Aren't they fun!

I am always making excuses that I cannot find time to exercise, have housework to do, no one to look after baby, too tired!  Anyway onwards and upwards!  I managed my first gym visit yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it.  I aim to walk a lot with the buggy, get to the gym at least twice a week and possibly a swimming session if I can manage it.

Good Luck.

Tracey

Good luck!  I really love this site and I've lost an average of a pound a week since I started using it.  I still have about 15 to go I think.  It's hard to keep up, but we are worth it.
