Supper was great. Skilleted red pepper and chicken breast. A few glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile for me.

I ate:

Breakfast:
- Bean and Cheese Burrito x 2
- Eggsx3
- Bacon x 2
- Low fat Yogurt x 3

Lunch:
- Big Mac with extra sauce.
- Lrg Fry w/ ranch dressing
- Apple Pie
- Salad w/ lite dressing

Dinner:
- BBQ Pork Sandwich x 2
- Backed Beans x 2
- Buttered Corn Cob with a lil salt.
- Icecream Sandwich
- Diet Coke

I am getting pretty good with my diet.  I know I can curb some of those but all in all I am feeling Hot.

So far I've had:
1 (medium) Skim Latte
1 cup special k cereal
1 cup Silk Soy Chocolate Milk
1 banana
1 cup VEDGE (Bolthouse Farm's vegtable juice).

About to go ride 30 miles, so I'll probably have something awesome for dinner after, like a Salsa wrap with tomato, cucumber, green pepper, provincal goat cheese, and zesty italian dressing... and maybe even a slice of turkey.

Also, I'll probably have some grapes with cool whip this evening.

And a scotch and soda at night

Today Ive had:
-A handful of Blueberries
-5 strawberries
-Peach and cream oatmeal
-1/2 panera whole grain bagel with sundried tomato, reduced fat cream cheese
-lots of water
-2 cups of coffee with just a smidgen of creamer

-says ive only had 700 calories! yeay!

I ate:

Breakfast: 1 cup of Cinnamon Oatmeal

2 cups of black coffee

1 Whey Shake with a scoop of oranage gatorade

6" Grilled Chicken Sub with veggies and american cheese, no oil or sauce

1 scoop of Casein Protien

1 grilled chicken breast

1 cup of Brown Rice

1/2 cup of green peas

20 mini pretzels
