I usually eat very well. I am interested in this site because it allows for the entry of personal and private statistics. I find that interesting. I hope the site will continue to grow and more added to the benefit of the users. Good luck everyone!

Not a very freindly place as I've had a few views but not even a hello... Maybe I should leave?

Don't get too disheartened. I think you'll see that people respond in time. It's as much a place for personal motivation as it is for finding community. (At least that's how I view it)

Good luck.

Hi there! Thanks for saying hello and participating in the forum. I don't think it's so much that people are unfriendly as there just aren't that many who participate in the forums. So, please keep posting. The site is growing and the forums are getting more and more use everyday!

hi!

I'm new also, sort of. I've been using this web site for close to a month but I just recently decided to get involved in the forum part of it.

I really like this website also. However, I think instead of only being able to halve your serving sizes, you should be able to do 1/3, 1/4 etc. Other than that I love it.

I'm trying to get back into working out. Cardio seems to be my weakest point. I enjoy weight training but I've never really enjoyed working up a good sweat. Hopefully that will change as I try different types of cardio activities.

How are things coming along with you?

Hello slim,

I am new as well.  I was very fit 10-12 years ago.  Work and changing lifestyle has taken a toll on me :-(

I am here to employ new tools in my quest for increased fitness.  Good luck and keep posting.  We all need tips and encouragement.

Slim - I wouldn't take the lack of responses personally!  I suspect many of us scan the forums out of curiosity and don't go any further than that.  I just found this site a couple days ago; I was looking for a better way to keep track of my habits that is easy to use and will motivate me.  So far I like it, especially the way it is easy to add in new foods to the nutrition database.  Tracking my food intake is the biggest challenge for me.

I agree, I think with todays busy society many do not contribute as they should, they may not even visit the forum but do not get discouraged. Hang in there, and fight for what you want. Welcome to OFL, i am new too
