| Hi Everyone, Let's see I've been up and down with my weight and not so successful with the sticking with the diet thingy. I'm looking to obtain a healthy goal for myself. It's no longer wanting to lose weight but to live a healthy actiove lifestyle. I'm about 140 now and I'm looking to be a healthy 115 lbs.

I think you need to look at how tall you are first before you say that you want to be 115 lbs. Also, another thing to keep in mind is your body type.
I will use myself as an example: I am 5'3, and I keep my weight around 135. I feel healthy. I am in the Navy and within the Navy's standards for my height and weight and also for physical fitness. While I could weigh as little as 104 lbs and still be considered healthy, I know personally that at this weight I would be sick. If I go below 135 lbs, I am not eating for well and basically starving myself.
Please be careful in your weight loss journey and remember that fitness and health are the most important things--not how you feel you look or the numbers on the scale.
Good luck!
