| I got an Online fitness log account about two years ago, but didn't use it that often. Then I went log back on about a year later and I had to pay to be a member, at least that's what I thought... I was like no way. But then I got onto my old e-mail and remembered about this site. I went to the URL and it appears to be free now! I love all the stuff one can do on here. I was using my home personal trainer which has a lot of cool features. So I think I'm going to mix and match and combine both site's. As a result of these online fitness logs and Reps Magazine I've went from 230lbs. 28% body fat to 200lbs. 18% body fat. I suggest anyone who is trying to improve their overall health should get all the knowledge they can from this site!
