Well, New Year's resolutions brings me to the site. I'm determined to stay with the program and logging everyday seems to help motivation as well as see progress. Maybe the two go hand in hand. Looking forward to meeting some like-minded people here. Best of luck to everyone in 2008 Smile

I agree, logging has helped me stick with it so for. I also like to watch the little line graph go down as I lose weight (simple things amuse me). Good luck with your goals.
