I have not exercised much at all for the last year or so as I have an 8 month old baby. I have blamed weight gain on the baby and then my thyroid problem (recently diagnosed), now I need to accept that I must get moving again. I went to the gym yesterday and managed more than I thought I would and so here starts the journey to getting back in shape!
I am hoping that by keeping track of my exercise achievements it will encourage me to keep it up. Wish me luck!

I have a thyroid issue also (of course its not the one where you lose weight! I just started back today and I think i am finally ready to make a change. Good luck!
