Hello - My name is Rachel and I'm new here at Online Fitness Log.  I'm trying to familiarize myself with all the tools available, and I'm hoping one of you veterans can help me.

1.  When you add a custom meal, I can't seem to add the number of calories. 

2.  Exercises can be cardio or strength, but I practice yoga several times a week.  Is that strength or cardio?

OK - I figured out the meal thing!  Now I'm onto the yoga...

You can log it whichever way you like. Strength log entries allow you to give detailed information about sets and reps, so are mainly for weightlifting. Personally, I log all exercise under Cardio, even weight lifting.
