| Hello All: Just signed onto Online Fitness. So far it's a great program. I have a similiar program as an App on my Iphone (Tap and Track). 50 yrs b-old and I let my body get way too soft; it's high time for me to chase the form I had when I was thirty years young. I was always very active: biking, running, paddle ball, etc. I'm now pursuing all these same activities again, although at a less aggressive pace. Oh well, that's about it for now. And the addage is quite true: Change your attitude and you can change your life. "Old" is a term applied to someone over 100. Keep Going, a healthier future is waiting for you !!!
