Hello everyone here!  My name is Kayla and I am originally from Texas but now live in MS. I joined the site because I recently got out of the hospital for DVT and something called May-Thurners Syndrome. I was in the hospital for a month and a week and was absolutely miserable because I couldn't enjoy things I used to do. I still have a difficult time with working out but it gets better every day. I am hoping that this site helps keep me on track with my goals and reminds me to stay in good health. I have been given a second chance and I don't want to waste it.
