I'm already skinny, I just want to start building muscle. Does anyone know how much protein and such is healthy to gain muscle with constant exercise? If anyone knows any good diet websites, please introduce them to me. Thanks!

| Typically if you're trying to bulk up I've heard to try and match grams of protein to your body weight. So if you weigh 150 lbs then try and get your protein intake up to at least 150 grams. Good luck.
