| Hey everyone! I am new here, obviously. I am starting myself on a fitness regime because I am going to enter into the Navy. I am pretty optimistic about my ability to get fit, but of course there are those times. After meeting with a recruiter I found out that I need to drop close to 40 lbs and get my BMI under 31%. I currently am at 202 lbs and need to be at 160 (not ashamed to admit my weight) and my current BMI is 32.2%. My fabulous coworker is helping me along and being my workout buddy and going to the gym with me and going on a short run with me. I used to be really fit in high school because I played soccer and softball but of course, life happens and I gained weight (2 kids and a husband happend actually, lol). But along with the running and the gym, I am also doing the program P90X that the hubby purchased to help me along. I have been at it for 3 days now and my muscles are sore so I am guessing that is a good thing, lol. That is about it. I would love to keep you all posted on my progress, if the progress goes as expected (crossing fingers).
