My goal is to be healthier by losing weight and increasing my strength and cardio capabilities. I have discovered that I really like swimming so that is my cardio of choice. I am at 218 pounds and my first goal weight is 180. According to the chart, I can do that in 100 days if I keep up my current pace. It's nice to see that in "writing" - it is so much more achievable that way.
