| Needed a log as I am starting out new to this..and this looked user friendly and better than spark people. goals are: tone and strength lose 33 lbs. fingers crossed this works..while doing the alternating days of workouts I am also doing the couch to 5k program and keeping the calories low. chubby but determined..FINALLY!
