| I'm new to this also but entering customer meals is probably useful when you are making a casserole or something. It is good for when you have foods mixed together. You can get most of the nutritional info off of the boxes or packages for pasta, etc. As far as vegetables and common foods, mypyramid.com is helpful.

| I've already made up a custom meal with no problem but I can't get it to post to my nutrition log

| It's because you haven't added any foods to your custom meal. Creating a custom meal is a multi step process - 1. Enter the overall meal data, name, description, etc. 2. Click the arrow to the left of the custom meal 
3. Click Add New Food to this Meal 4. Select a food and click Insert 5. Repeat 3-4 as necessary Then you will be able to select your meal from the drop down list on the nutrition log page and it will populate all the foods automatically.
