| Hello Everyone, I have actuallly been on the Log now for several weeks and find it to be a great tool in my arsenal of battling the 'B' on my all my B's. My biggest challenge is how to not graze after 9pm! Any advice? Cheers and good luck with your own personal goals.

Another Canuck I joined Thursday. I wanted something where I could log what I've been doing, which isn't much but it's a start. I do find the graphs for calories a little confusing, but after reading some posts I see that it is based on what you expend just being alive as well as exercise. It's nice that the nutrition log lets you personalize. I have noticed that some items don't match what is on the label of the food, but I guess it's hard to keep up with the changes.

| Habits are hard to restructure. My advice would be pick your eating end time and stick to eat. If you get the urge, grab some water and drink that instead. You could even add lemon or lime to add a bit of flavor to it. Good luck! And if you live with someone, ask them to help. I just had to tell my husband to lay off on buying me chocolate. Don't need it even if I may crave it. However, I did say he could get it on special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries so I know I can still indulge responsibly.
