| Im new to to this whole workout business and i do not know how you calculate calories burned when doing stuff like cruches or lifting weights. Cardio has a nice list of different activities where it automatically calculates the calories for you. Something like that would be nice for strength exercises too. Or is there another way to do things that i just havent figured out yet????

Strength log entries also calculate calories for you, just make sure you enter the overall duration of the workout. The calculation is based on the METs value for the Weight Lifting.
