Hello, I'm a 40 year-old female from North Carolina, I have just started working out at my local gym, doing yoga, cardio and such. I need to lose about 30 lbs as I am overweight for my age/height ratio, lol. Not to mention how unhappy I am with the way my body looks these days.
Look forward to chatting with you and learning a lot to maximize my workout and fitness goals. I really like the fitness log thus far.

good luck!
i have been on here since january and despite a few blips have been logging pretty consistently. whenever i am logging it makes me more conscious of my energy in vs out and the weight comes off slowly, together with improving fitness levels and muscle tone. slow but steady wins the race

| Hello Angie- my name is CJ and I am new here. I just started a strict food plan and exercise schedule. I am going to lose over 100 pounds and get my health back. i am scared to death and very excited. I got a new elliptical and I am going to use it as well as basic weight lifting every day. I also want to walk, do some yoga and meditate. I am so out of shape it's not even funny but I will do this! Journaling and logging helps me stay focused and gives me a reality check.
