What i am asking of you is..... can you give me a meal for a day or days that there is little carbs and little fat. By the way i am new to this Group.I joined a while ago, but i am finally starting to do something about my health. If you have any question's feel free to ask. | I would recommend going to the Atkins site.. They have free menus that are VERY low in carbs...and give you the recipes to make the meals..they arent that bad...

You can't simply cut the carbs and fat out of your diet. There are negative physiological factors that will occur in your body if you do this for extended periods of time.
The Atkins diet will cut carbs and fat from your diet, but forces you to eat large amounts of protein to supply the needed calories to sustain the body. This will cause your blood to become more acidic which is not good for you. A high protein diet (like the Atkins Diet) should not be followed for more than two weeks. So, it's a temporary or fad-like diet that can be helpful for short term use.
I have a lot of material that I've gathered over the years and dug up the following when searching for a meal plan recently. I do not have the source for this meal plan in my notes (forgive me) and can not properly cite the material. It is not my creation and I can not take credit for it, but it is a low carb diet that you can tweak as you see fit.

Tomatoes, and Spinach.
Complex Carbs: (Starch) Oatmeal, Cream of Wheat, Potatoes, Yams, Brown Rice, Carrots, and Legumes.
Simple Carbs: Apples, Blueberries, Bananas, Oranges, Raspberries, Grapes, and Peaches.

Dairy Products: Low fat milk, Cheese, and Yogurt.
