I am loving the site so far, but I am having trouble with the workout log.  I am on track to do 4 workouts per week, and it seems to be posting a new workout everyday, and when it does, I cant figure out how to view the previous workout.  The problem is it doesnt seem to tell me which day I am supposed to do the workout, so if I guess wrong and skip a day, then that workout is gone and it moves on to the next one.  Am I just missing a click or a link or something?

The planned workouts are sequential and not scheduled on particular days. Once you skip a workout, you cannot go back. The scheduled workout will remain the same until you complete the workout or skip it. So, basically, just do nothing until you are ready to complete the workout. Clicking skip means that you do not want to complete that workout and the system will assign the next workout.

You can go through the questionnaire again to start over.
