Hello all,
I need to lose a good 20-30 pounds and keep it off! I work a typical stressful desk job, have horrible eating habbits (i.e. severe diet then binge) and hit the extremes in exercies too (a period of intense exercise followed by nothing for months at a time). I've ballooned 20 pounds since the New Year and need to take some action. I've never tracked my diet or exercise and was hoping that this site might help me bring a bit of structure to this game.
