Hi, just wanted to say i love your site. It has nearly everything you could ask for in a very well organized manner. I definitely plan on sticking with you for a good while. I'm a 5k/10k runner looking to make some big jumps this year, so i think this will help.
I only have two suggestions, and maybe they're already there and i'm just missing it.
1. reports for weekly calories in vs. out and translated into weight loss.
2. Have the program calculate the calories burned for doing certain strength exercises...say i would do 4x40 pushups and want to know the calories burned and have that added on to the main graphs. (i realize sometime this can be speculation or at least relatively difficult to calculate)
thanks again for the great site, Matt.

| Hi Matt, Thanks for the suggestions. I agree, they are both good and I will add the first one to the feature list and implement it in the near future. Regarding the second one, calories burned is calculated by the time spent doing a particular exercise. In the case of strength training, it isn't specific enough to calculate based on each exercise (i.e. bench press, curls, etc.). Instead, it requires you to enter the duration of the entire workout session and makes the calculation based on that. Hope that is clear. Also, you're right, it is not added into the chart on the home page, so I will take care of that also. Thanks for the compliments on the site and best of luck with your training.
