Is there some kind of way for me to enter my weight then OFL will tell me how much calories I need to burn and eat in order to lose the X amount of weight in a week?

I like that there is now a feature to track water, but can it be changed to show 8 oz glasses, not 1 litre?

This is the best site I have found for logging my entries! Great job and keeps me focused. I would like to be able to personalize the exercise by minutes. My dream would be able to have a similar chart of my cardio elements on the home page to keep me focused on my diversification. I am primarily a runner but would like to get a good picture of the gym elements as well.

I like the idea of showing my fitness log to friends. Is there anyway we can incorporate that feature into the buddy lists? Competition with other people has always seemed like a great way to get in shape. People do it all the time weather it be random conversations about weight loss or actually having a buddy to exercise with. A feature on this site that could let it all be known would be a good idea. I am sure some of my friends would give me a tough time if they saw that I ate a digiorno pizza and this would really help with the motivation.

I've been using OFL since 2010. I keep shopping around, but have never found another online tool as clean or comprehensive for both cardio and strength training. You're doing such a great job of growing this program!

I just bought a Garmin, and would love to be able to get the data from Garmin Connect to OFL.

Keep up the good work, Trevor.

Peace,
Pennsy

Thanks for the compliments!!

We may have someone funding the development of a route tracking feature, which would include the ability to upload GPS info, so hopefully this will be coming soon.

I know I'm a little late to the party here, Trevor, but I would really like a field in the Cardo log that would allow me to track shoe mileage.

I use OFL every day. It is the best tool I've found. Thanks for your continuing great work.

Peace,

Bob

Try the Personalization -> Lists feature. You can setup a custom list called 'Shoes' and then log which shoes you wore during each workout. Then you can filter by that value on the Cardio Detail report.
