I think my favourite feature on this site that makes it stand above the others are the graphs, I especially love the Calorie Consumed/Expended Graph.

I'd love to have a chart showing my calorie deficit (or gain).  This is great motivation, it tells me I'm doing things right, even if the scale hasn't caught up to my healthy habits yet.

I'd also love to have a goal line.  The goal line on my weight chart is great, a similar one to show my goal for Calories Consumed and my goal for Calories Expended would be great.  And, if a chart for calorie deficit could be made, a goal line there as well.

This would tell you that you're on track, whether your goal is to lose, gain or maintain your weight.

I agree, The Graphs are Fabulous!  I tend to have a hard time staying motivated when trying to get in better shape.  When I view my graghs threw out the day it gives me motivation as I can see my overall progress.

This site is the best thing ever!  So far I've lost 6lbs which is probably water weight to start off with but It's happened relitively fast for me. It's sat morn right now and on Tues it will be week one.  I'm not starving myself either.  I've been keeping my nutrition ratios in line with a 55% carbs, 30% protien and 15% fat intake in my total calories and I feel fabulous.

Last night for example I noticed my calorie intake was alot lower then it should have been so I was forcing myself to eat to make my necessary calorie intake needs for the day.  I wasn't hungry at all.  Useually I eat constantly cause I feel hungry all the time. That's a big WOW for me to not feel hungry.

Just having this website as a guide to keep me focused in the right direction I've been having great results.  I honestly feel that cause my nutrition ratios are correct now that I feel soo much better and I eat less w/o feeling hungry.  Thanks to the developer of online fitness log!  This is an amazing tool.
