| Hi! I'm from Georgia and I'm hoping that being a member here will help me to get back in the swing of things. I have always been in amazing shape but after gaining 80 pounds due to pregnancy, I am having a difficult time getting motivated again. I am the Internet Manager for an automobile dealership so besides having a six month old at home, I work long hours. Motivation is far away... I just want to say congratulations to those of you that have started a program and stuck with it. You (and my old "skinny clothes") will be my motivation.

Hi back, I just started this site myself. I have always played sports to stay in shape, but now I work tons, have three kids and a wife. Maybe we could help each other. Jay

| I'm having the same kind of problem (minus pregnancy) I am in college and taking way too many classes this semester, and also doing a program to get certified as a CNA so I literally in class from 8am to 10pm with no more than an hour break. I don't know when to fit in exercise! Can 10 or 15 minutes in the morning actually help?
