| I was logging weights into the pre-made workout progam entry fields when I hit enter before it was complete. I couldnt see any way to edit the entries in the Calendar area so I deleted it all together and planned on re-entering the information. I cant find a way to get back to the day I need to re-log. The My Workout Program thing is set for me to log my next upcomming workout. Is there anyway to go back and log a previous day with this feature? -Phil T

| Hi Phil, No, the workouts are set sequentially and there is no way to go back. However, I've set your next scheduled workout to the previous workout (via the administrator). If this happens again, here's what you can do - First, you can edit a log entry from the calendar by clicking on the icon associated with that entry (be quick - before the tool tip shows up - probably something we need to change a bit). Additionally, you can copy and/or move log entries from both the calendar page and the log entry page. Hope this helps!
