| Is there any way to stop this as I don't like the look (no matter how impressive it looks) of 90 reps of 1800.00kg, as opposed to 90 reps at 20kg each. I would like to be shown the individual weight per rep, so I can plan my next step up of weights. Jack

| Multiplying the sets gives you an idea of how weight youve pumped. If the weights and reps go up, you are exercising more. A good way of tracking.
