Is there any way to stop this as I don't like the look (no matter how impressive it looks) of 90 reps of 1800.00kg, as opposed to 90 reps at 20kg each.

I would like to be shown the individual weight per rep, so I can plan my next step up of weights.

Multiplying the sets gives you an idea of how weight youve pumped. If the weights and reps go up, you are exercising more. A good way of tracking.

Hi,

It was modified to show it that way because it was requested by several members - http://onlinefitnesslog.com/forum/ShwMessage.aspx?TopicID=962&ForumID=16&PageIndex=1

What would you like to see - perhaps we can add it.

Thanks
