| OFL seems to be pushing an ad from GHF. On clicking this link, one is asked to buy a 12 week program for 60$. Should this not be marked as an ad. It is unfair to get users to click and find themselves lured into a commercial trick. Understand OFL needs to make money ... there must be better ways of doing this.

| Well, it's not spam, since I, the owner, put it there. GHF is contributing a lot to this site (100+ workout programs, 4000+ workouts, and much more that I am not at liberty to disclose) and we have a working commercial relationship that is beneficial to the members of both sites. No one is tricking you into clicking on anything or buying anything. If you are offended by the links, feel free to stop using the site, but I'm really not keen on this sort of vilification. The GHF site will be updated in a few weeks and they are opening up a lot of their content to the public that is currently limited to paying members.

| Ok, but what is supposed to happen when I fill out the 3 question survey and click "get workout program"? It currently just opens the home page with no confirmation and no apparent "workout". Thanks,

Hi -
Once you complete the quesitonnaire, it takes you back to the home page and the 'My Workout Program' box will be populated with your assigned workout program, showing you which workout is next in the sequence with links to change, log, view, or skip.
Adding a confirmation page might be a good idea so we'll look into doing that.
Thanks!
