Hello all, I see people are not really big on posting things on this forum, so I'll start.  I was looking online for ways to keep track of my eating and fitness levels and ran across this site.  I figured why not give it a try.  I am getting ready to turn 30 and am in the WORST shape of my life.  To make matters worse I'm in the military surounded by guys who do nothing but workout and make me look bad.  I have set a goal of loosing 45lbs in 5 months.  By May of 08 I will weigh 185, at 6 foot tall, thats about where I should be.  Enough about me, wish me luck.

Thanks for introducing yourself! This forum was just launched earlier in the week, so not much going on yet. I'm hoping the chatter will increase as membership grows.
