Does anyone take Creatine, Nitric Oxide or Protein for enhancement? I have gotten great gains from Creatine and needless to say Whey protein.

I have also learned that there are several kinds of protein slow ingesting long lasting (Cassen) fast ingesting short lasting, egg and soy. I take some upon rising and upon retiring. If you have hypoglycemia, protein will really help0 you through the day because it maintains itself in the blood longer, does not drop off quickly like carbs.

Anyone else have any supplements they like??

Yes, all of the above. All types of proteins are good to have, especially egg and whey. You should try to look for a protein shake that has BCAA's in them, and creatine monohydrate. I have one that has Al that plus L-glutamine and a bunch of other essential vitamins. Remember that if you are trying to build lean muscle mass (yes even when losing fat), you need to be taking in about 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Ex. You weight 180 pounds... you should be taking in 180 grams of protein.

NO products like NOxplode and what not are great. I have a caffeine free version since I usually work out at night. Be sure that you are taking one serving before your work out, and one immediatley after. Then when you get home chase it down with a protein shake. Here is what I recommend for mass building.

8oz reduced fat milk (2%)
2 scoops of protein powder
1/4 cup of Egg Beaters (all whites)

I can't stress enough though how important protein is. For breakfast, you definetly want some egg protein. Try a scramble with 3-4 egg whites, and 1-2 whole eggs (depending on your size and goals). Also, if you want to suppliment with more creatine, or if not in the protein mix, get a product by SciFit called Kre-Alkyn. 1 in the morning, 1 prior to workout.

Good luck
