Just a few really minor updates -

Moved the links from the top right to the bottom of the page (Contact and Logout) to make room for the new page title in that area.

Removed the forum link from the menu to make space for additional items. The forums aren't getting much use anyway, but the link is at the bottom of the page.

Added a video tutorial - see link at bottom of page or on menu before you login. I will be creating tutorials for each section of the website, so keep an eye on this area for new information.

More (and better) updates to come soon!

About a week ago or so, did you change on how BMR is calculated?  It seems low to me.

Yes, it was actually the activity level multiplier that was reduced. This change was based on a comparison of actual weight loss data vs. our projections, so the number should be more accurate. If it seems low based on your experience, feel free to change your activity level to compensate. Thanks for the feedback!

I have noticed that if I do more than one strength workout in a day, the 2nd/3rd workout is not recorded in the calorie calculations on the Daily Summary page under Log Entry. My guess is they aren't included one the home page charts either.

This has been corrected on both the Daily Summary and Calendar pages. The charts on the homepage do reflect all calories.
