It has really kept me motivated and on track. I delayed the measuring part b/c I could not find info on exactly where to measure. I am assuming the biggest part around my thigh, bicep, etc... but I need to remember exactly so I can measure it again. I find inches lost a better gauge than weight due to the fact I lift weights- and am at that crazy stage of fat and muscle. Is there a website I can go to- to know exactly where I should be putting the tape measure?

Thanks again,

Diane
