Personally, I think most of it is pretty self-explanatory. Additionally, I am more focused on adding functionality and fixing bugs than writing instructions at this time (and I'm quite behind on that also).
steadz (4/4/2008)
Ok, I've signed up, I've logged in and now have a puzzling array of empty boxes with coloured dots..what do I do?

I would suggest clicking the menu items. Perhaps reading the features page.

I've clicked on metrics for example and I am presuming that I enter my current weight, resting pulse etc, but under nutriton is that where I add everything I've eaten today?

Yes, the text boxes with the labels 'Resting Heart Rate' and 'Body Weight' are where you enter your resting pulse and current weight. Also, yes, Log Entry -> Nutrition would be where you log the food you have eaten for the day.

and is this where I then add what excersises I've done today?

Log Entry -> Cardio and Log Entry -> Strength are where you log your exercises.

what is a report? is this a overview of all my history and my log entries or is this where I make a report about what I've done today?

There are several reports that display data according to their title and the descriptions on the report page. Currently summary and detail reports for each type of log entry.

And as for custom I have no idea.

You have the ability to create custom lists, exercises, and foods. Custom means that the item is not in our database for the general public and is specific to you.

I'm sure it's far easier to make sense once there is data in there and you can se things in the empty boxes.

thanks for any suggestions.
where are the instructions??

Ok, I've signed up, I've logged in and now have a puzzling array of empty boxes with coloured dots..what do I do?

I've clicked on metrics for example and I am presuming that I enter my current weight, resting pulse etc, but under nutriton is that where I add everything I've eaten today?

and is this where I then add what excersises I've done today?

what is a report? is this a overview of all my history and my log entries or is this where I make a report about what I've done today?

And as for custom I have no idea.

I'm sure it's far easier to make sense once there is data in there and you can se things in the empty boxes.

thanks for any suggestions.
